USF Bulls
The University of South Florida fields Division I teams across football, hoops, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball and more — and a huge share of the roster came out of Pinellas high schools.

Supporting Bulls
Fill the student sections
Soccer, volleyball and softball crowds are small enough that a busload of local fans genuinely changes the atmosphere. Most tickets are free or a few dollars.
Follow the Olympic sports
Track meets, cross country runs and tennis matches barely get covered. Show up, post it, tag the athlete — it matters more than a football retweet.
Support NIL the local way
Buy from Pinellas businesses that sponsor athletes, and shop official team apparel so revenue goes back into the program.
What they're known for
- Only Division I athletic program in the Tampa Bay area
- Football competes in the American Athletic Conference bowl race every fall
- Baseball and softball regularly send players into pro organizations
- A steady pipeline of Pinellas County high-school athletes on the roster
For parents & families
- Fowler Ave campus events are the easy trip from Pinellas — under an hour door to door most weekends.
- Family weekend and senior night dates get posted before each season; book early, Tampa hotels fill up.
- Most campus venues have free or $5 visitor parking — bring cash just in case.
- Coolers aren't allowed inside; there's a food hall a short walk from the athletics district.
